Whereas B-Zen sells products and services over the internet; Considering the interest of the Customer in the purchase of products offered by B-Zen (“Products”) in its sales channels; The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services of the customer site B-Zen.

I. Confidentiality: It is B-Zen’s responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking through the “Shielded Site” seal.

II. Customer Service (CS): The customer has this service to answer your questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding your request or any content available on the site. The CS can be triggered by phone or website form.

III. Delivery Policy: The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in business days. Deliveries of the Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8h to 22h. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I – The verification of the adequacy of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are within the space limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the place of delivery. Product assembly or disassembly, transportation by ladder and / or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will not be performed.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years, and bearer of identification, to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the B-Zen’s Distribution Center.

III.III – Once the order has been finalized, it is not possible to change the form of payment and / or delivery address, request advance payment or priority delivery.

III.IV – The delivery time informed during the product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process and the preparation time of the product. With each update on order delivery status, the B-Zen system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.

III.V – The value of delivery charges is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI – B-Zen does not authorize the carrier to: enter the domicile; deliver by alternative means (example: lift product through window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open product packaging; make delivery to an address other than that indicated; make delivery to minors or without identification.

III.VII – B-Zen is not responsible for the retention of goods at customs when it is solely due to the customer’s pending issues, and therefore its commitment to resolve the pending issues is necessary for the goods to be released, given that In such cases, information on releases and payments is only communicated to interested parties.

IV – In case of product defect, the Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (CS) or directly in the Control Panel, under the topic “cancel order”. Costs incurred in collecting or shipping the Product will be borne by B-Zen.

IV.I – Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, B-Zen will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund of the full purchase price.

IV.II – In purchases with credit card the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice at one time, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement term and collection of the remaining installments after the full reversal of the value of the Product on Customer’s credit card by B-Zen is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of future payments by the cardholder, the Customer will not be charged, as B-Zen, as mentioned above, reverses the full value of the Product in one installment, and the credit for the full refund is granted in full. by the card administrator on the billing invoice following the month of cancellation.

IV.IV – In purchases paid by debit account, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer’s current account, which must be individual.
