9. What kind of information does B-ZEN collect and how?

B-ZEN collects two types of information: personal information and anonymous information. The collection of anonymous information occurs while the personal data holder visits digital platforms and aims to improve their functioning, including content management and prioritization.

12. How long does B-ZEN process and retain your personal data?

B-ZEN endeavors to respond to requests submitted expeditiously without undue delay within one month of receipt of the request.
