Privacy Policy

1. Protection of privacy and personal data is a commitment of B-Zen.

The protection of privacy and personal data is a fundamental commitment of B-Zen to the personal data holder (or simply ‘holder’) using B-ZEN digital platforms and services. With the application of the new General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), since 25th May 2018, B-ZEN has stated that it remains strongly committed and committed to the protection of the privacy and personal data of its owners using B-ZEN digital platforms and services. , to update its Privacy Policy in accordance with all data protection principles and standards that underpin the RGPD.

5. Processing of Personal Data, Scope and Amendment of Privacy Policy

By making your personal data available to B-ZEN, the personal data subject consents to its being processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules and principles contained in the B-ZEN Digital Platforms Terms and Conditions.

This Privacy Policy applies to data that has been directly provided by the holder or collected in the holder’s access to B-ZEN’s digital platforms, services and products or in the course of its normal performance of its duties. 9. What kind of information does B-ZEN collect and how?

B-ZEN collects two types of information: personal information and anonymous information. The collection of anonymous information occurs while the personal data holder visits digital platforms and aims to improve their functioning, including content management and prioritization.

We collect personal data, namely when you contact B-ZEN directly for questions, participate in B-ZEN content (programs, hobbies, etc.) if you apply for positions, purchase B-ZEN products or services, when you download or use products. , services and applications B-ZEN, through contacts with our hotline. 11. What is the basis for the processing of your personal data?

12. How long does B-ZEN process and retain your personal data?

B-ZEN treats and retains your personal data according to the purposes for which they are processed and only for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes that motivated its collection and storage, and always in accordance with the law, the guidelines and the decisions of the CNPD, or, as applicable, until it exercises its right of opposition, right to be forgotten or withdrawal of consent.

B-ZEN endeavors to respond to requests submitted expeditiously without undue delay within one month of receipt of the request. In the case of a particularly complex order or under exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended to two months, where necessary, taking into account the complexity of the order and the number of requests received.

As part of your request, you may be required to provide proof of your identity to ensure that the sharing of personal data is only with the respective holder.
