Although there are different definitions of meditation, it is impossible to describe its true meaning. Meditation is an individual process that is impossible to teach anyone.

The B-Zen Meditation course aims to make known several instruments that help the student to learn to meditate, namely to reach the state of serenity and concentration necessary to be able to enter a meditative state.

What is Meditation?

Meditation has numerous definitions that may vary according to the context, form of use or religion in which it originates (if any).

Get to know some of the different definitions of meditation:

Estado que é vivenciado quando a mente se torna vazia e sem pensamentos;

Prática de focar a mente num único objeto (Por exemplo: Uma imagem, a própria respiração ou um mantra);

Uma abertura mental para o divino, que invoca a orientação de um poder mais alto;

Contemplação da realidade e dos seus aspetos (como a impermanência, ou o desenvolvimento de uma determinada qualidade mental, como a energia, concentração, atenção plena, desapego, bondade, etc.

Although some definitions of meditation seem quite different and even contradictory, they all point to a deeper inner reality and the development / understanding of that reality.
